Not a bad hotel in a city where good hotels seem scarce. Clean, no fuss, no muss. Underground city parking is close by. 6/10

We stayed in Sep 2011, it is in a great central location, there is a car park just next to it that was around 25 euros for two nights and days so a bargain.
Our room booking was lost and it was seem as no fault of B&B although we have all our booking numbers etc. This lead to an uncomfortable discussion as if we had made the print outs up.
We were put on the 1st floor which was being worked on, had electricians plumbers etc. The water was turned off at no notice and there was banging and workman noise from about 9am onwards.
The rooms are small but tidy.
A great hotel, and on another day could be a 5/5 as it is so cheap, but our visit had a few low points.
We booked this hotel for 39 Euros and were very pleasantly surprised by it. It's in a great location, very central and is also next to a multi-storey car park, which is very reasonably priced.
The rooms are bright and spacious, extremely clean, with free wi-fi and perfect for a weekend break. Breakfast was good and bars, shops and restaurants are all on your doorstep.
Brilliant value for money.
We did not expect much from the budget hotel, but B&B Dijon Center really surprised us with clean room of reasonable size and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and had everything necessary (soap, towels). Check in was easy and staff was friendly.
The location in very convenient, most of historical places are around the corner and Gallery Lafayette (for those interested) is just opposite to the hotel.
The place is a bit noisy in the evening.
We arrived in Dijon and quickly booked this hotel online for 1 night. We paid 56 Euro for a 'comfort room' and having stayed in other budget hotels, my expectations weren't high. When we checked in I was pleasantly surprised, our room was a good size with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was basic but had all you need and a nice strong shower. Everything was spotless and the air con was much appreciated on a hot summers day! That evening we asked at reception and the very helpful man gave usdirections to the market area where there are lots of excellent restaurants, I would recommend the 'Cosi'. We had such a nice evening we decided to book an extra 2 nights and had a fab time in Dijon and the surrounding area. There were 3 members of staff on reception during our stay who were all extremely helpful. I have given this hotel a 5 star rating because it delivers what it promises - a clean, basic, comfortable stay in the heart of Dijon.
