Stayed one night in May 2007. Made reservations through website but felt a lot better by confirming arrangements by telephone. Front desk
is open 24 hours. Room can get really stuffy if the windows are shut.
It may be desirable to shut the windows if it gets windy outside and the shutters get slammed back and forth. There is no air conditioning
in these rooms so this place can be extremely miserable if it is warm
or hot outside. Very very thin walls. When you use the hairdryer, it can be heard and felt more than half way down the hallway. No shower stall, just a bathtub with sprayer hose and no curtain. 3€ per night gets parking in the secure parking courtyard which is a good idea in this highly touristed place. Location is just a stone’s throw away from the Beaune ramparts. Street is very happening at night, a bit on the noisy side. Breakfast costs extra. We never saw it but elected to go into town for breakfast. We prefer firm beds and slept okay.
