I stayed in this hotel for few days in summer. The hotel is clean but rooms extremely small. It is close to a centre and has a garage.
For breakfast go to other place.

Hotel is conveniently located right outside the walled city. Both breakfast and parking were extra charges. WIFI was free. The room was dark and small. The bed had bed bugs that we did not realize until the next morning. We went down to the front desk and complained and they would not refund our money. The front desk attendant credited us about 40 % off the room rate. At that point we did not stay for breakfast, we just checked out and left. We expected a follow up from Best Western but never received one. Not what we would expect from an international chain. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Would not stay there again.

This hotel is JUST outside the old center of Beaune (north gate), and not too far from the autoroute that leads north to Dijon and south to Chalon-sur-Saône. Sleeping in the annex made for peace and quiet, with a partial view of some gardens. On the whole, we were satisfied with our four nights in this Best Western hotel, but we have a few quibbles: the wi-fi did not work in the under-renovation annex to the hotel that they appear to have recently acquired; there was no list of laundry prices in the room, and we made the mistake of giving three t-shirts to be laundered without asking the cost (they were 10 euros EACH!); the breakfast staff seemed perpetually overwhelmed by the tour groups who descended on the buffet breakfast each morning, and items were frequently exhausted by the time we arrived. Parking in the underground garage is far from easy, if the only places left are the narrow ones between pillars.

Potential guests should factor in the extra costs of breakfast and parking when estimating the total cost of their stay.

This hotel is well-located for exploring Beaune and surrounding wine region. The room was clean and quiet but the bed was uncomfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast buffet was a good value and offered a full range of choices. However, when our US/Europe electronic adapter did not work with the hotel outlets, the hotel staff was not able to help us resolve the issue so we were left to use the one computer in the lobby with the challenge of its different keyboard.
