We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of a week-long break in Brittany. On arrival, we were slightly disappointed that the advertised car park was only available on a first-come, first-served basis and was full. However, this wasn't a problem as there is plenty of parking space on the surrounding roads and security doesn't seem to be an issue.
On check-in, we were shown to our room by a friendly English-speaking receptionist. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We also really liked the swimming pool, which was clean and warm. We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel, instead following the useful recommendation of one of the other reviews on here and going to the pattisery just around the corner, which does excellent pain-au-chocolats!
The location of the hotel is great if you have a car and therefore don't wish to go to one of the hotels in the walled city (which is closed off to traffic in the summer months). And the walk along the sea front to get to the walled city (about 20 mins) is very enjoyable as long as it's not too windy!
Overall, an enjoyable stay at a reasonable price.
