My wife and I stayed here as part of a 21 day cycling trip. We primarily selected this hotel based on location (across from train station). While they were a bit perplexed at what to do with our bikes, they did find space in the baggage check room. Not a lot of floor space beyond the bed, but bright, nicely decorated and very functional. Good windows and A/C - quiet and comfortable. Overall felt like more a business hotel, but good value. Bathrooms seem pretty new (beware the shower knobs - definitely French). Breakfast standard, but adequate. Coffee (free) in lobby was nice touch. Lots of resturants nearby (il Basilico was great)..

This hotel is located opposite the railway station and not too far from the city centre.
The rooms are very small but comfortable. Not enough storage space for clothing. The shower is excellent and the flatscreen TV has a decent size. Free WiFi is available in all areas, also in the rooms.
The breakfast is adequate, limited variety.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
All in all, the All Seasons is okay.

We stayed here for just one night as a family of 4. After visiting Paris for a day our train arrived after 10pm at night and the hotel was a wonderful short stroll across the road from the station. Checkin is open 24 hours and it was so quick. We had an adjoining room for our kids, the beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms very modern and clean. The rooms are very small, taken up mostly by the bed but they have everything you need and were perfect for us to just crash out in after our Paris day trip. Breakfast, great selection, bright and sunny. Very easy place. Would recommend to anyone.

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and his 2 colleagues, who came to Rennes for business purposes. The hotel is very easy to reach with a wonderful location (near local buses, metro, train station, regional bus station etc...). It was very clean and the free wifi internet worked just fine. Staff were also very friendly and always smiling, helpful with problems and they spoke excellent English.

Rooms were very small but comfortable, newly furnished in a modern taste. Showers in the rooms were also amazing. TV only had one English-lang channel but it was not a problem for us. The air condition in the rooms wasn't working and couldn't figured out what was the problem and had to open the window at night, which resulted in a noisy environment (we were so tired at the end of the day that we couldn't care less).

There was a hospitality corner in the lobby, but for some reason they removed the offerings (like water and tea/coffee) at night and in the morning. It wasn't a really nice thing since they didn't have minibars in the rooms.

Breakfast was fine for me, but our cheese-eater friends didn't find it sufficient enough. Coffee machine made amazing lattes and freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch for breakfast. Breads were delicious and fresh, there were fruit and yoghurt available.

I think for a place as non-touristic as Rennes, the hotel is on the pricey side, but a nice hotel indeed.
