I stayed here with a friend, the room was so small but it was pretty cheap so not bad fro the price, staff were nice, breakfast was decent and location is excellent!

I spent three days at this hotel on my first trip to France. There are a variety of rooms varying in size and I was fortunate to obtain a great room on special. They are a little dated but good value for money. Close to the train and bus stations, maritime museum, bars and shops it is ideally located. Every staff member I met spoke English and were very helpful giving tips on how to find my way around and how to get the best out of the bus service making my first trip to France for a non French speaking tourist easy.

The Abalys is well located next to the train station. The rooms are dated and on the small side with cramped bathrooms. However, they offer tea and coffee-making facilities and have UK plugs in addition to the French ones. The members of staff are helpful and welcoming. Two computers with Internet access and a wide choice of magazines can be consulted in the lobby. The breakfast offers a wide range of local products and good quality jams.

Stayed at the Abalys Hotel while touring Brittany. The staff were extremely friendly and it was good value for money.
