Only recently acquired by Accor, this hotel is VERY far from Accor standards. First sign of warning is the fact that it is cheaper than a nearby Ibis. And the other negatives come right on: the rooms smell really bad of cigarettes. The access is very awkward, although the access info was sent by email well in advance. Next, the place is facing a major construction site with activity and lights on even in the nighttime. The room furniture is ageing and the rooms lack anything beyond dire basics. The shower has no hook to hang the shower hose. They don´t honour Accor loyalty cards, even if booked through Accor website. The internet is working erratically. And so on, and so on. Positives? Central location, and the breakfast is acceptable, although no cold cuts are served. Will be avoiding this place in the future.
