bedrooms are too badly soundproofed. From our bedroom, we heard our neighbour ' s phone conversation : it is very unpleasant !!
The soap bottle is not pleasant to use : the plastic is too stiff !!
Breakfast are fresh and appetizing
I am sorry but i have nothing else to say about our stay !!

Very disappointing , we booked online for the Ibis Montferrand in Clermont for our trip outwards and back from Spain. Having driven ten hours from Spain we arrived at the Montferrand only to be told by the receptionist that booking online did not guarantee that we stayed at this ibis hotel and we were put in the Sud Carrfour Herbert down the road . So we got back in the car and drove to the Sud Carrfour. this was not as comfortable as the Monferrand, Rooms much smaller and Bathroom tiny. Ibis should not be able to move you from your chosen hotel just because you book online. They do not tell you this when you book.

Really nice hotel in the Ibis brand tradition but a comment I have is why don't they sign it of the main road as when you're not a local its rather hard to find as you're past the entrance before you realise it - just put a sign to make life easier.

this hotel has free wifi and has a bar and delicous restaurant. it, overall, was very nice. but when we talked to the staff and tried to ask them for help, they were very distracted and rushed around. they're weren't that many staff there and they definatly needed more people.
the hotel had a one-night-stay feel to it. it was by a main road yet you couldnt hear any noise from passing traffic
i would definately recommend trying the restaurant there. the food was a bit pricey but delicious. you can ask for a translated menu if needed.
