Nice hotel, ideally located in the center of Biarritz (20m from the Casino, 100m from the beach).
I booked a room with Ocean View. At first, my room didn't have a good view to the ocean, so I ask for another room with a better view, which was provided very nicely by the hotel manager.
The room was nice, big enough, clean and with a nice view to the ocean. The only drawback: the room was not really soundproof and you could hear the noise of the doors and vacuum.
Though, I would still recommend this hotel.

Clean, bright, and large rooms. Comfortable bed. Well appointed. Close to the beach. A little pricey, but worth the extra for the Atlantic view. Service was good, although they did clear the breakfast buffet a good 30 mins before the official time, leaving my spouse without breakfast. They also basically shut the bar down at 10 at night while we were having a drink (music and lights were both shut off). However, it was the end of season, so I guess you have to expect those things. Otherwise, a great stay and I would go again.

The hotel is in a very good location, central to the main shopping areas and a stones throw down some stairs to the beach. The room was nice and laid out well with a flat screen TV but no international channels - No selection of movies or similar channels. I did not find the staff too friendly, my reservation had been booked with a late check out which was paid for as part of the package, however was told it didnt matter as others would be in the room and i had to leave before 12. Breakfast was included and was plesent enough. No view as those rooms on the side of the hotel look out against a concrete wall. Internet was 9.90euro per 24 hours if you needed it in the room, again odd as thew reservation said it was free however you could access it free in the bar area. Overall, plesent enough stay, with a nice large room, black out curtians, but could work on curtomer service a little and a bit pricey, however there seems to be a lack of many "chain" hotels in the area, so this seems to the best of the bunch.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere (Le Bellevue conference center, beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.) Very friendly and helpful staff, they were an absolute pleasure. Immaculate room and bathroom with large bathtub. The only thing missing was free internet in the rooms, you had to go down to the lobby to use it (it matters for a business trip). It was a little expensive but an overall excellent experience.
