We were pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel surpassed our expectations after reading negative comments on Trip Advisor. Room was large and clean. Having a kitchen and large bathroom was great. They stored our luggage in a locked room while we waited to check in. Located right next to the tram stop so it is an easy trip into the city centre. The one downside was the fold out sofa bed which was definitely not a traditional bed. Would recommend this hotel.

We found good intermediate support for the beginning and final portion of our Xmas holiday. A microwave inside the family room would be very appreciated.

Arrived in Appart City in the early evening of a Monday, we had missed our flight home to Dublin that afternoon, so we got a friend from home to book us accommodation online and she sent us the reference in a text message. To say the receptionist was unhelpful would be an understatement, he actually took pleasure in our levels of stress rising & rising every time he disappointed us further & further, keep in mind we are doing our best to communicate in French, and we had already paid for the room online,none of this helped matters.
To cut a long story short, he had no record of our booking because he was too busy that day to get around to it!! He said he would put through our booking but he would have to start all over again& this would take considerable time, he still would not guarantee's us a room & when we asked he said 'He hoped he had a room for us!!' Eventually we got a room which was smelly depressing & stuffy with no AC a complete rip off at €120 pn, It advertises as being a stones throw from the city, it is in it's AR$3 €25 in a taxi!!! Nothing good about this place, there was no iron available or bottle opener and the lift stinks of wee
