We stayed here because it was recommended by Busabout, however it was hands down the WORST place we've stayed in 2 months of travel in Europe. The room we had (a double, in a separate building) was old, with stains on the walls and carpets, and cracks in the ceiling. The bathroom didn't even have walls that went the whole way to the ceiling, the shower was in some kind of BARREL. The walls clearly have no insulation as while the building itself is quiet, the street is not and we were constantly woken up by people walking, cars/motorbikes and trucks. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. Absolutely the worst thing was the bed bugs though, while my friend didn't get them (the room we were in had one large double bed and a set of bunks), I was absolutely devoured in the night. EW. I told them about it at reception and while he was apologetic and said they'd clean it, he inferred it was our fault for using Busabout, saying they always bring bed bugs with them from Spain.
AVOID AT ALL COST

Do not stay at this hotel. We booked for two nights and as soon as we checked in my boyfriend and I instantly regretted it. It is so old and run down, the floor is carpetted and dirty. I literally sat up half the night killing cockroaches that were everywhere! We complained and got moved to another room but it was down the road in another building that was just as run down and smelt really bad, the shower wouldn't drain properly so we had to keep turning the water off mid shower so it didn't flood. When i woke up the next morning i was covered in bed bug bites. The man on reception was friendly and accommodating but apart from this, this place is horrible.

The hotel reception was 250m away from the room! I had to carry my suitcase up 3 flights of extremely narrow stairs. The room stank of stagnant water, it was repulsive and made me nauseous. The loo hadn't been flushed and still had the faeces of the previous occupant. The bed was so hard you could feel every single bedspring. The pillow was just a roll of bed sheet. The walls were so thin I heard every single word of the couple next door and they weren't even speaking loudly. The door didn't shut properly. The shower was a mobile tin which flooded. The shower curtain was only from Ikea so you would think that they would be able to replace it because it was disgusting. Worst 'hotel' (the man at reception assured me this was a 'hotel') I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over the world!

I strongly recommend to anyone to go there: it has been the WORST place of my entire life: not for the rooms themselves (which are modest but proportional to the price) but for the MANY MANY MANY BUGS (little beetles) which were everywhere on the room !!! I escaped from there during the night for a 4 star hotel (the first I found there around).
Receptionist was really gentle and avaiable, and maybe the problem of insects is only for last floor (as the last floor rooms have a very old roof). anyway the cleaness is bad, very bad, the rest could go.
but bugs running everywhere are still a nightmare for me. I lived in India 6 months and never found there something like this. please, take care of yourselves!
