For those who need to have the railway station near the hotel for some reason , this hotel is OK. In the fron of the station there is also a bus line that will take you to the airport, so another good reason, apart from those classified above.
However there are more hotels in the area and even closer to the station (a bit more expensive), also all the area is in the red district of Bordeaux, for which I strongly recommend not to come back to the hotel at night. There is even a Town Hall plate near the closest bus station saying that a man was killed there for no reason last year.
The windows of the bedrooms are awfull since they are placed so high that you can not see the outside, or so low that they are no higher than your waist line. It is incredible to designe such windows for an hotel. I had to ask another bedroom, since I could not see the outside, and they managed to give another one, still very high, but at least I could see something (no, I am not a short guy, since I am 175cm)
Breakfast is a buffet and it cost around 8 Euros; it is quite alright.
The bed was very good : stedy and not deformed
The soap smells badly, just like raw potatos without their skin; the most weird smell. I had to buy a soap in a supermarket nearby,
