We stayed 4 nights in this stylish hotel, well located in a pedestrian area. It is in a great central position, in the pedestrian part of this lovely city. On our arrival we were welcomed by friendly, helpful staff - check-in was effortless. Our room (217) was a good size, very clean and extremely comfortable. We had a room safe, small fridge and even wine glasses. The only down side was the lack of hot water. It did improve a little once we mentioned it to the staff.
Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices in a modern airy room. There was a bar/lounge area too. Many different eateries were within easy walking as was the Tourist Office and the Tram station. A great place to stay.

This hotel was in a prime location and was a great price. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for three nights, the last night been New Years Eve.. The location of this Hotel is Amazing !! The check in was a dream, the Staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We skipped the breakfast, which at 13 Euro was a tad expensive. Our rooms 208 and 210 were very comfortable, and appeared to have been recently refurbished. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in . So well done everyone, would definitely stay here again or reccommend this hotel without hesitation.

Enjoyed our stay in this Hotel on new year's eve. Clean, modern and so well placed, I couldn't ask for more...... if I wanted to be really picky I would mention that there is not a plug near a mirror so I was unable to do my hair, but this is a very minor fault!
