If you just need a place to stay then this is worthwhile considering - I would personally book it again as the price/value relation is very fair.

I did not travel with kids and had a room with a double bed so that it could be used for a couple as well, however the rooms was so small that I on my own had difficulties finding space for my trunk. So if staying at a hotel is supposed to be an ingredient in the perfect holiday experience then this is not the place for you.

We booked a 1 bed apartment and our daughter slept on the double sofa-bed in the lounge.
By searching google briefly, we managed to pay a lot less than others seemed to be doing!
The staff were efficient and polite.
We e mailed for directions and these were fine, and also gave the (essential) code to the 'back gate' which we used when arriving by tram.
The rooms were small but adequate for our needs. Being a converted wine warehouse most areas lacked 'natural daylight', and some outside seating areas would have been nice.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city but it was within easy walking distance of the Grand Parc tram stop and there was a boulangerie and a couple of small shops within a 10 minute walk and the Leclerc supermarket was a 15 minute walk.
Although we didn't have a car, there was ample car parking.

Rooms were VERY small. The location was fine for us because we had a rental car that we used for day trips (free parking) and the tram is just across the street for going into the city center. The kitchen area is micro small.
We were there in April and it was hot. We tried to turn on the air conditioner and called down to the front desk to ask why it would not work and they told us the heat was on until summer and could not be switched to air. It was so hot at night that we opened the window to try and cool the room down but there were no screens just bars on the windows and the mosquitos ate us alive. Would not stay there again because of this.

Our room was basic but comfortable, there was however no kettle - we survived. Very short tramride or 20 minute walk into town. If you're planning to travel the city, a day ticket is good value, you can use the ticket on the tram or the bus.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us into our room well before the booking in time which was great because I had to drop a hire car off at the airport and return, we could leave the bags in our room.

Overall was value for money, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable
