Room should have been ready at 16:00. It wasn't till 17:00. Beds, toilet and bath were clean, but floors were extremely dirty. Haven't seen nor heard a vacuum cleaner for days or weeks. Beding for 4th bed was not ready. No explanation was given how to "build" 4th bed. We received also no information, that the "appartement" is really appart in the 3rd floor of another building without elevator and wifi. Staff was mostly unfriendly, if not rude, certainly not helpful.

My friend and I stayed here in May. We didn't book a place before we arrived, so when we started walking from the train station, we tried to find places with reasonable rates. There rates weren't that cheap, I believe it was 70 euros or so. The room was clean, but small and was nothing spectacular. There is a lift to get up to the room, but it is very tiny. At least there is one though! The bed was comfortable enough and there was a tv in the room, even if it was a bit hold. The bathroom was clean, but as in quite a lot of bathrooms in Europe, when you take a shower, there is just a curtain and no barrier separating the water from the rest of the bathroom floor. So if you take a shower the entire bathroom floor is wet. The bathroom walls are not tiled, just painted, so that paint gets wet and in some places looks like it has water bubbles. Why they didn't tile the walls, who knows! Basically if you can't find a better place, this one will do, but if you can find better, I recommend it.

booked for budget, 2 night stay. Booking etc all without any problem, rooms bit small but clean and perfectly adequate with good shower etc. However street-facing room very noisy, with music pumping well into the small hours.. windows not well soundproofed at all.. so don't expect a good night's sleep if you need quiet!

reserved apartment in this hotel on 3 persons, in advance more than for a month, through system booking.com. Also planned placing there for 3 nights. We have arrived to hotel in the evening about 9 p.m. And to us have given apartment which is represented on their site (a red sofa in salon and wooden partitions). The apartment quite good enough and quite suited us, until we didn't begin to take a shower. It has appeared that the shower cabin is broken: one of cabin windows was absent and consequently cabin doors were closed badly. And then - as it is possible to take a shower in a cabin, where is a hole almost half-meter in width? We have demanded number replacement. The Girl-porter has reluctantly replaced to us apartment with another, located a floor above (we had to pack anew suitcases and to transfer them upward without the lift). The new apartment hardly was worse, but the shower was serviceable. We have agreed to remain there. But when I have started to lay bed for a dream, I have seen that linen becomes black from a thick dust layer which lay on a floor in a bedroom. The sofa in salon (a berth for the child) was very dirty, with suspicious stains. It never obviously cleaned and didn't wash. The dishwasher didn't work. And the floor in a bathroom was very dirty! But was already very much late and we didn't have forces to change number again. On following day on a reception there was a madam with the doggie who was very rough and our request of cleaning of apartment was answered that they don't clean apartment and it doesn't have people for this purpose. And besides, anybody to us didn't complain of a shower cabin in the first apartment (?!) She in any way didn't wish to understand that the hotel has been obliged to give pure number initially at settlement. As the lady was rough and dull, it was necessary to say goodbye to this hotel, to pay for 1 night and we have moved to another апартотель where it was pure also the porter were lovely.
In any ways avoid this hotel! It looks rather doubtful!
