Stayed at Hotel des Arts for one night stop-over in Strasbourg. Great value (80 USD) and location - right around the corner from Cathederal/easy walking distance to all of old town. Front desk staff (Belgian transplant named Karin?) was extremely helpful - went out of her way to help with directions/suggestions.

Stayed only one night, requested and received a triple room. Good size, ensuite shower, tv, phone. Excellent service from young Anna, who helped us with questions unrelated to our stay. Free internet service in the breakfast area for hotel guests. Located around the corner from the boat tour platform and the cathedral. Would highly recommend it!

This is a small hotel in a small square down a cobbled street from the Cathedral so the location is fantastic. The square has restaurants and cafes with others on the street to the Cathedral Square and a very nice place on the street directly opposite, so there is no shortage of places to eat and drink.

The room was small and the ensuite even smaller but all was spotlessly clean and tidied daily, with a comfy bed. The AC works fine although some nights we didn't bother with it and left the side window open (we faced the square) we weren't bothered too much by street noise.

My only gripe is the breakfast is not included in the room rate and is not worth €6 each. All that is available is croissants, baguette, tea and coffee. Better to go up the street to a lovely little tearoom in the street facing the cathedral, what a view while you sip good coffee!! If you're there after 10am they have lovely sandwiches.

I wouldn't have a problem recommending this hotel. My partner and I were very comfortable there for four nights. The staff is friendly, very helpful and speaks good English, better than my very poor French!

This room was small and the bathroom was VERY small with only a shower, but it was very nice. The location is GREAT! The room was clean and comfortable and the AC worked great. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is right in the middle of the cathedral square and is within walking distance to almost everything that most tourists would want to visit here.
