My husband and I stayed 2 nights in this small hotel in December 07. Location is fantastic - right in the middle of the old town with Christmas markets on your doorstep. We had a room with a view out to the square below so never felt like we were missing anything. Even better, with the windows shut we weren't disturbed by any noise from outside. Room itself was average size and clean (bed/pillows not the comfiest but that's normal in Europe). Breakfast was included - very basic but we expected that (if we'd had the choice, we'd have skipped it and grabbed a croissant or something quick elsewhere - plenty of little eating stalls around). Staff were helpful and friendly.
Downsides - it's about a 20 minute walk to the main train station (which we knew to expect anyway) which is a fairly long way to drag suitcases when it's busy in the streets. Be warned also - there's no lift in the hotel so this may pose difficulties if you have large suitcases.
