Are you guys kidding me? OK, yes, it's located right on place Kleber and 10 minutes walk from train station, but everything else is just wrong. The rooms were not only small, which i usually don't mind, but dirty, no windows, bathroom was gross. TV is working only if you smack it. The breakfast lady was standing in front of the buffet like an officer in the army....seriously, there are plenty other hotel in this city. I have to admit though, their website looks awesome!

Strasbourg is known for its Christmas stalls epsecially between end of November to December. For punters who have not been to Strasbourg before, be sure to book your hotel during weekdays because hotels here are normally booked solid due to sessions at Council of Europe & European Court of Human Rights. The hotel is situated right in the thick of action at Place Kleber. It's obvious that the hotel is done up but the operator did it brilliantly, working around constraints & budget. The rooms are themed in accordance with "spices" and mine is Indian theme, with a light wasabi green wall & carpet, balanced by the right amount of textures through rattan bed rest, bedside lamps; blood red silk sari curtain & bedcover; dark teak colour furniture. It has all the essentials in the room. Wifi is great & it's included in the price. For the price that I pay for, I can't complain. It's highly recommended, considering that it's only a few minutes walk to attractions such as Petite France, Notre Dame Cathedral. One minor complaint is that the hotel exterior is so anonymous to the point that I couldn't locate it many times over.

Nice and clean hotel, the room was renovated and decorated with a bit extra taste than usually. The room I stayed in had unfortunately no proper view outside. The trams passing by could be heard but it did not perturb the sleep (and hey, total silence can't be expected in city centre). Reception sympathetic, breakfast ok.
