It's an Ibis. It's only going to be so good. Having said that, there are some great features here. Friendly staff, credible, affordable meals in the restaurant, good service from restaurant and bar. Large rooms, decent bathrooms with good hot water.
Free wifi.
It is simply furnished, a bit old, but comfortable. Large central log fire was a welcome touch on a snowy day.
There really is nothing at all here in Danjoutin. But walk just over the river to find some restaurants and a cafe.

“Not great”
Not really sure how this hotel is listed as the #1 hotel in Belfort. I stayed here as every other hotel in Belfort was occupied. Check in was fine and was able to check in early which was a positive. The staff were also quite friendly which is why I'm giving this 3 stars instead of lower. The room was a decent size but was very musty smelling, the bed was uncomfortable and the shower flooded every morning. Also there was no hair dryer in the room. I requested one and the hotel did provide one but the cleaning staff would take it back every day requiring me to request a new hair dryer every day. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. There is no gym at the hotel. Also, this hotel is not directly in Belfort so there is no where to walk to for meals. The food at the hotel restaurant was decent and the staff were very friendly. I've checked into a different hotel (Novotel) which I like much better and would recommend over Ibis.

Great room, quiet, and spacious. Hotel is minutes from Belfort. Outdoor parking is available at no charge.
