“No private lockers, but great location, very clean, free bread and tea 24h, and good price”
They could have private lockers inside the rooms for each guest, they just have the luggage room close to the reception. I did not have any problems with my bag, no one touched it, but I did feel insecure to leave my bag with my things free in the room. The room I stayed (108) did not get very dark because of the lights in the street, so I suggest taking a eye mask if you have problem with it. It was also a little bit noisy, because of the traffic in the street and ohter people in the room (it's a room for 8), but if you take ear plugs you will be fine (they also have it to sell in the hostel if you need). The rooms and the bed linen are very light and clean, as well as the bathroom. The do have internet (computers and wifi) but you have to pay, 50p for 15min, £5 for 1 day or £12 for 1 week. They have iron and hairdryer to borrow. There are many boards around the hostel will all sort of information (tourist attractions, transport, job...). Movies in dvd, games, video games, books, magazines available. Breakfast included: bread, butter, jam, yogurt, cornflakes, milk, coffee, and tea. Bread, butter and tea are free 24h. The hostel is very close to the town center and the Shudehill Interchange Bus Station (5-10 min walking), not far from the Central Coach Station (10-15 min walking).
