Have stayed here four or five times now over the past few years before early morning flights out and two late flights into Manchester and for the room cost we have paid at differant times have always been very satisfied. Would book again with no problem.

Stayed here the night before our early morning flight only paid £12 which was great the overnight car parking was £5 everything as expected from a Travelodge clean,cheap and cheerful.Ive stayed at loads of travelodges all over the country but never eaten at one......and never will again the food was beyond disgusting I had a burger and im sure it was one of those microwave "rustler" burgers that cost about a pound my other half had fish pie and it was congealed... it wasnt cheap either.I would stay here again but would either eat somewhere else or take some snacks with us

Great location for the airport, Was only an overnight stay, so didn't book meals as no need.
The hotel has a bar, which pricewise, was pretty reasonable for a hotel. There are vending machines though if you don't wish to buy from the bar.

The hotel offer a shuttle service to/from the airport. This isn't free, it's in the region of £5, so, if you want to save money and are travelling during the day, just go out of the car park entrance onto Runger Lane and take one of the local buses that goes to the Airport station as it's much cheaper.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a hotel which is close to the airport and is good value for money.

Good overnight stay clean room and facilities. Adequate evening meal despite tv too loud. The only downside was the car parking which was operated by Britannia,( nothing to do with Travelodge.) It cost £40 for 4 days parking, the machine would only take £1coins and timed out after the insertion of £20. I tried 4 times to get through on the phone number provided only to be told that my car registeration number could not be recognised. I eventually paid by Credit card. Realising I would be over my time by approx. 2 hours on return I was told by the receptionist at the hotel she would explain the situation to the attendant and it would not be a problem. I returned to a fine of £25 for overstaying 2hours.Suggest Britannia update their system to take paper money and show a little leniency. Troll.
