I always use apartment hotels when I can because of the extra flexibility you get for the same price as a good hotel, and this is a good one.

Accommodation was two bedrooms, one en-suite, a big hallway and a large sitting room and fully equipped kitchen. The latter was nicely separated from the sitting area by a large counter top underneath which was the fridge and freezer. All clean and comfortable.

Starter kits of tea, coffee and milk were provided and there is a supermarket next door which can be used to top up with food and drink.

Breakfast can be do it yourself, or there is a very nice - and cheap - restaurant next door which does an excellent breakfast. You get a 10% discount if you show then your room card.

The apartment was for a two day business visit and an attraction was the parking and the space for meeting. If you need they also have a rent-able boardroom, but the sitting room is more than big enough for a spacious four person meeting.

Other reviewers comments about rowdy streets are certainly true, but this is part of all hotels in central Manchester, and the security on this one is quite good.

The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and full of good advice, which is a bonus.

Overall: comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped, and in a good location. Everything I needed.

I stayed at these apartments for a girly weekend away. Apartments were great had everything we needed. The cafe next door is great for breakfast as it serves them until 5pm. Would stay again clean comfortable apartments great for a weekend away.

We stayed here for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). Its in a great location for everything although we had a problem walking back to the apartment on the Saturday night when we were sober! It was chaos on the roads around drunken, loud and aggressive people everywhere many of them giving us grief! Thats not the fault of the apartments but I would get a taxi back next time!
We arrived and were happy to use the secure parking under the building- a decent price of £15 a night (all the promotional material in the room said £12 so this should be changed!)
The man on reception was friendly and very thorough and we were in the room in no time. Lovely, big, one room apartment. First impressions were that it was spacious and well stocked. Closer inspection revealed it wasnt perfect - some marks on sofa (including ciggy burn holes) lampshades and net curtains not the cleanest. Not a big deal but enough for me to disagree with the 'luxury' label. Apart from this the apartments were clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen area.
The bed was just so comfy, we had a brilliant sleep both nights. Bathroom was nice and clean, although one of the flushes didnt work and the bath had an overflow attachment that hadnt been fitted properly and water leaked down there when you had a bath. The shower also leaked a bit onto the floor as the shower screen had no bottom seal.
All in all we would stay here again. For the money we paid it was worth it and the bed alone was reason to go back!

The location is perfect, apartments are well equipped and the reception staff is extremly helpful. Maybe a bit noisy, cause the walls are thin. Will use again!
