Really easy, friendly check in. very classy looking decor in the entrance. We were staying there as we were seeing a concert in the MEN and it was very helpful as they had start times etc on the front desk.
The room was superbly appointed with a really luxurious feel. Lovely soft bed linen and mood lighting. Lots of mirror space.
Bathroom was gorgeous with lovely toiletries and plenty of towels.
Breakfast was lovely, good selection of cereals, fruits and cooked breakfasts with polite attentive staff.
Brilliant stay all in all, will definitely be back!

Arrived on a busy Friday afternoon and the valet parking worked. Car taken straight away. 2 double bed club room was fantastic. Complimentary drinks were a bonus before the concert. 24 hr Pizza service wasnt available (broken oven) so reception helped us order Dominoes pizzas all round and they were delivered to the hotel, no problem, within 25 minutes.

Clean, modern, fast, well located for town. Public parking next door is quite good. Very nice rooms.

The location is great, probably the best placed location for the Northern Quarter. Reception is quick and efficient, lobbies are v clean and tidy. Rooms are great, quite small but very stylish and well put together. The subdued LED lighting is v modern but doesn't give as much light as required in the bathrooms and for make-up etc. The wi-fi didn't work at all on the fifth floor. I thought the bar and restaurant were v soulless modern hotel, nothing special at all and the entire hotel just lacked a tiny bit of uniqueness.
