2 nights on a business trip. Exceptional quality throughout with extra spacious remodeled rooms and hotel in a country setting not far from the city and track. Golf just around the corner. Typical of Best Westerns in the UK, a boutique type ambiance and excellent service. Amenities such as strong wireless internet, ample parking, coffee side table and the digital flat screen were appreciated. Lounges and reading rooms in abundance with great decore. Breakfast was sufficient with fairly sparse continental along with good order menu. On the "to be improved" list - the bed was lumpy, there was no fitness facility and it's a bit out of town so be aware of lengthy morning commutes due to traffic. Otherwise - for 75 pounds, you can't beat it in the UK.

Dear Colflyer
Many thanks for taking the time to write your feedback and for the comments with regard to the hotel and services it is so very pleasing to hear such great feedback. I was greatly pleased that you mentioned some of our fantastic features, that you enjoyed staying and that you felt it was such great value.
In respect of your feedback with regard to the 'lumpy' bed fortunately or unfortunately we do have luxury mattress toppers on all our beds throughout the hotel which are generally to most peoples tastes and comfort but does give and appearance of 'bumps' in the bedding but these are of course removable if not to your comfort on your next visit.
We do have plans to add some leisure in the future and this is very high on our future plans.
Once again thank you for taking the time to post and i look forward to personally welcoming you on your next visit to the hotel.
Kind Regards
