“Great staff, quiet room.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

It was my second stay at this hotel. My room wasn't quite as good as previously as it was smaller and unfortunately had black bits on the carpet. It needed a good hoover. However I was exhausted and after checking the bathroom was clean decided to leave it. The staff were great, particularly the young man on reception, and the room service was fine. The room was very quiet and I slept really well.

“All chain hotels not quite the same”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

Standard Holiday Inn or pretty much any of the many chains.....only not quite up together.
Public areas fine but room although large was tired, Wasn't cheap either.
Woken up in night by constant drone of air con units right outside room. Wouldnt have wanted to move in middle of night so put up with it.
When I checked out in perosn noblody bothered to ask how my stay was, and the standard post stay email was also much like any of the chains....only couldnt see anywhere to give feedback and the link to customer services crashed twice.
Guess they dont care so just wont be back.

“Nice hotel, great location!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 23 January 2012

Stayed here on a business trip and found it to be a very pleasant stay indeed.

My room was facing the front of the hotel, but I wasn't disturbed by any noise, although the room was quite cold and I couldn't get it to warm up. The room itself was nice - a good size and everything you needed in it.

Breakfast was good - a nice selection. Check in/out was quick and easy. Nice and clean.

Fantastic location for Touchwood centre/cinema/restaurants.
