i to stayed here and was sick at what i seen as the brother hotel the bestcot just minutes down the road is a much better place to stay.the room i stayed in the duvet was only fit for a bin and the the windows did not open the breakfast was not included in the price the whole place should be knocked down .i 'd give great reviews to the bestcot and would be ashamed to say the abberley was a brother hotel as both are belonged by the same person
I stayed for 5 days in the hotel and thought that the definately got value for my money. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and more than willing to help with all queries (especially Babinder). The location was ideal, I was able to get to Wednesbury within 5 minutes. Would definately stay again.
This hotel claims to have two RAC stars but was a shambles when we visited. The room had a huge crack running accross one wall, and there were no evening meals provided. Turning up towards the end of the breakfast period meant no cooked food, and poor staffing meant drunken guests roaming around until the small hours of the morning - Not good!
