Stayed here for two nights.All the staff we came in contact with we're very friendly and helpful, with a level of friendliness I have not seen in a hotel for a long time. The breakfast was very good with a varied choice of hot and cold foods. Evening meal menu was a little disappointing, but still nicely presented. The bar snacks were in my mind, a better option. All in all, an excellent stay and certainly a hotel we will use again in the future.

I stayed here on business and thought it was very good. Clean, spacious rooms, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, Patio lounge area is lovely with excellent food, location perfect for M1 access. Would recommend.

Clean hotel, quick check-in, nice breakfast, Hilton HHonors Gold status was recognised by a free upgrade (even on a reward booking) and complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival. Check-in staff very friendly, and breakfast staff made the morning hangover a little more bearable! Beds were comfortable, showers hot and powerful, good toiletries but could do with adding minibars and giving the rooms an update.

I would stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my wife before going on our honeymoon. Staff couldn't even get our names right and put completely the wrong names on our invitation envelope.

Ordered a drink to the room, after half an hour of waiting I called them up, they didn't sound too bothered that they they had forgotten; not great from my perspective.

Sadly the staff in reception although being quite friendly struggled with their ability to speak English; again not great when your trying to communicate to someone in the UK.
