First impressions were great and trip advisor reviews were good, but first impressions are definitely NOT everything. Room was nice, warm and carpet clean. Main disappointment was in the restaurant. The menu said they have a chef but all the meals needed was a microwave. It states all main meals come with seasonal veg but the curry comes with nothing else, not even nan bread.. It did come with a peice of bone in the meat! the chocolate fudge cake with chocolate sauce had no sauce. Mentioned it to the staff and they were quiet ambivalent. I know what to expect at Holiday inn. I now know what to expect at Jury's.

Have stayed here once whilst visiting family. Rooms are large clean and have everything you would expect staff

Although not a 5 star luxuary retreat this hotel offers everything you could want for an over night stay, a large, clean comfortable room, a comfortable bed, a decent size TV with access to digital channels, a very nice bar, and a very convienient location. My partner and I stayed for one night as we were attending a saracens rugby game and the hotel was perfectly situated close enough to walk to the stadium and Watford town centre but in a quieter street so no loud noise or disturbance through the night.
Check in staff were helpful - there had been a problem with our booking and they had no record of us, but this was swiftly resolved and the price we had been quoted honored. Check out was efficent and friendly. The room and bathroom overlooked a superstore - but we expected nothng less from a outer London hotel. This is not a hotel for a luxuary break but perfect for a city stop. My only complaint is the parking - it is of site (only a 2min walk) and 12 pounds per day

The hotel keeps high standards to almost everything in order to satisfy many business travellers that come by this hotel as it is in teh center of many companies in Watford.

The hotel is modern decorated in all areas in a way that makes life easy for the guests.

Although there is no free internet at the rooms there is in the lobby.
Breakfast is vey nice according to englishh typical standards.

The rooms are big, clean, modern and practical.

Totally recommendable hotel for a business trip at Watford. It is 7 minutes walking from the Watford Central Station and 20 minutes away from Heathrow airport.
