We needed a hotel close to Dartford and couldnt find one that we liked so decided to stay here. It was better than we expected and the room was spotless really really clean and with everything you could want, a fan would have made it perfect as it was a very hot day however the window did open enough to let in air.
The bathroom was as you would expect nice shower good lighting etc the bedroom was in very new condition a 2nd chair would have been a bonus but I couldnt fault it at all.
A good idea was the 2nd door in the hallway to stop any noise in the room but we didnt need it as we had a very quiet night even though the hotel looked to be full.
The check in/out was quick and staff really friendly.
We didnt know till we arrived that a fast track bus stops outside the hotel and you can go to bluewater or Dartford and there is an asda 2 mins away .
We didnt eat at the hotel as we needed to leave early but otherwise we would have had breakfast.
Car parking was good and plenty of room .
All in all we would use this hotel again it was really good value for money and we couldnt find any fault at all.

The hotel is old and well past it's prime. The rooms were below basic and tired. The TV only had 3 working channels. The £55 per night was expensive for what it was. The crowning glory was a hotel guest releaving himself infront of our window.

was perfect day. had a blast of a time and the receptionists were extremely freindly and hotel was very cheap. Also breakfast was exceptional.

I stayed here regularly every week for one or two nights over the course of three years.

I really found it hard to fault since on the rare occasions I had a problem (accidental allocation to a smoking room for instance), the ever helpful staff usually found a solution pretty quickly.

The staff, both reception and dining, were some of the friendliest I've come across in 15 years of business travel.

Personal dislikes. Not enamoured of the noise from the television in the pub area which intrudes into the dining area. Absence of any cask conditioned real ale.

Although not as 'posh' as the nearby Hilton, the ambience is much friendlier, and far superior to the nearby Holiday Inn Express.

One tip. If approaching from the north over the Dartford toll bridge, make sure you are in the far left hand lanes for the toll booths, otherwise you'll never manage to get across to the exit which is immediately after the toll booths. And when I say immediately, I mean immediately!
