Arrived early Saturday morning and checked into our rooms straight away which were clean, fresh and airy. The flatscreen freeview TV seemed huge! Receptionist Billie very helpful and friendly, and booked a cab for us to Bluewater for shopping which isn't far. We spent some time in the bar on our return in the evening which was very comfortable and had large screen TVs, as well as a dinner menu though a bit pricey. Beds very comfortable, good night's sleep and bathroom spotless. Of course, one of the great things about the Expresses is that they have a complimentary buffet breakfast which now includes baked beans, to my partner's pleasure, as well as the sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juices, toast, etc. together with a good range of coffee, i.e. latte, espresso, etc. tea, herbal tea and hot chocolate. We got a very good deal via the Bluewater site (35% off the going rate of the HIE rate but you must be a MyBluewater member) and would definitely recommend and stay here again. We also felt a bit smug because it was between the Premier Inn and Hilton, both at significantly higher prices for similar comfort, with breakfast as an added extra!

We do pride ourselves on our excellent location in regards to Bluewater shopping centre.
The staff member that you so kindly mention is one of our new editions to the team and is indeed testement to the customer service training that all of our team members receive.
I am also very pleased to announce that our new menu launches in December with a new variety of winter warmers and we have also made some significant changes to our prices, I believe that this our best yet.
I hope that when you are next in the area, maybe for the January Sales at Bluewater that we have the chance to welcome you again.
