Stayed here whilst visiting relatives over the Christmas period. Very comfortable with clean tidy rooms. Room was very quiet considering its location close to the motorway. Breakfast is a basic buffet but there was a good selection and was all that was required. Staff were helpful. Only slight drawbak to a very nice bathroom was a strong smell from the plug area of the sink when water was run down it. Very convenient location and I would stay again.

Stayed there again as a stop over on the way to France.
Had a great hasle free check in. Our room was clean, fresh and a nice big freeview TV.
We had dinner again in the restaurant and I notice they had a new menu, which was home from home food. Loved it.
Breakfast was the usual good standard, although the staff were busy it still was good.
We will be back in the new year for the sales at Bluewater.

•food and drinks- over priced and not edible
Check in was awfull staff were rude and did not know what they were doing. After finally getting into my room it was dirty and smelly and linen had been re used. I asked for my room to be changed and no one would change it for me even though it didnt seem busy at all. Staff sat in the back office joking around and ignoring people at reception.
Just the overall experience was horrific dont stay here if you want anything but grotty!

Arrived early Saturday morning and checked into our rooms straight away which were clean, fresh and airy. The flatscreen freeview TV seemed huge! Receptionist Billie very helpful and friendly, and booked a cab for us to Bluewater for shopping which isn't far. We spent some time in the bar on our return in the evening which was very comfortable and had large screen TVs, as well as a dinner menu though a bit pricey. Beds very comfortable, good night's sleep and bathroom spotless. Of course, one of the great things about the Expresses is that they have a complimentary buffet breakfast which now includes baked beans, to my partner's pleasure, as well as the sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, fresh fruit, cereals, fruit juices, toast, etc. together with a good range of coffee, i.e. latte, espresso, etc. tea, herbal tea and hot chocolate. We got a very good deal via the Bluewater site (35% off the going rate of the HIE rate but you must be a MyBluewater member) and would definitely recommend and stay here again. We also felt a bit smug because it was between the Premier Inn and Hilton, both at significantly higher prices for similar comfort, with breakfast as an added extra!
