Friendly helpful staff and a quiet warm room made our stay pleasant. Woke up to six inches of snow on the Sunday but the staff set about clearing a path to the cars and out of the car park. Our first visit to the Beefeater next door was not good - too few and inexperienced staff at 4pm. But by the evening this had improved dramatically. Buffet breakfasts were good and included hot crispy croissants (how i hate those microwaved or cold ones). My only complaint which is common to all Premier Inns is the poor lighting in the room. For those who don't wish to drive into Maidstone there is a Park and Ride behind the hotel. Bus is free if you have a bus pass.
