the first thing you notice at this Premier inn is how polite and helpful the reception staff are, the rooms were clean and quiet, and it has the added bonus of the Beefeater restaurant adjoining, where you meet more polite and helpful staff, we stayed here over New Year and it met all our needs

We have used the Premier Inns around Maidstone many times when visiting family and friends. Never failed to be satisfied with the friendly service, cleanliness of rooms. Allington could do with a bit of a refurbishment but in spite of that.... it was a really pleasant stay every time.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst visiting friends and family. The reception staff were all friendly and I was pleased to find a clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The rooms do need updating and the bathrooms in particular do - there were no mixer taps at the sink and the hot water was scolding hot, the shower also had very little water pressure. Overall it was good value for money and I would certainly return here when I'm next in the area, as the location is also perfect for me.

We booked this hotel as it was fairly cheap and located near Dover where we wanted to go, but weren't sure quite what to expect as with cheaper hotel chains you never know. Upon arriving we were pleasantly surprised - the room was large, clean and nicely done. We ate supper in the attached Beefeater restaurant which was fantastic, great food, huge portions for a good price! Sleep wasn't the greatest as people from the pub were quite noisy (it was a Friday night) and our room was facing the parking lot (free parking too). We had breakfast in the Beefeater, again good food for a good price. Overall not a bad hotel!
