Stayed in a twin room, Had to pay up front on check in!! Why when you have my details already taken on booking!!! Reception staff rude and clearly dont want to be there given their attitude!
Room was ok and i mean just ok, key cards, kept on not working which was annoying having be told they were working!
Bar staff were friendly but again seemed like they wanted to be else where!
Food was ok but the furniture( Sofa's etc) need updated or changed completely.
Coffee shop inside the hotel, avoid unless you've just become a lottery winner as the prices are ridiculous!
Do not get a newspaper as they will charge you a £1 to deliver!
All in all the hotel is there for a room only for me, somewhere to sleep and get a shower.
Very disapointed in this hotel and will not be returning and will tell as many people as possible to avoid!
To the mangement please sort this hotel out!!!
