I think I've been had. I paid extra for 'executive'. I think that basically means a plate with 4 sorry pieces of fruit, a bathrobe and some shampoo. The room was so utterly dreary that despite being fit to drop I decided to go and find my dinner elsewhere. The restaurant/brasserie/bar is so terrible it feels like a care home for lost businessmen, so out into the cold I went : -2 tonight!
Cannot stand the thought of breakfast here so will go to the wetherspoons next door. Much cheaper and undoubtedly better. On the other hand the duty manager is excellent. Jack I think his name is, but he will no doubt get snapped up by one of the other hotels nearby, where his efforts will be apreciated and add to a decent product rather than bolstering a rubbish one. Its really no reflection of the staff but this hotel is poor. Can't believe I paid £144 for this. Go for jurys inn next door. It was full and I made a last minute booking due to the weather, that's life!

Came here first in 2010 when visiting the xscape the dry ski slopes and then came back again the following year when we had a brief heatwave in October. Great location to the sound centre lively area close to bars and restaurants.

Hotel clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 1 night on business. The reception staff were polite & friendly and made checking in and locating a parking space in the multi-story car park opposite (£10 overnight) an easy experience.
The room was basic but clean and comfortable although not too sure about the wooden floors.
Breakfast was included in the price and while nothing special, was perfectly adequate with plenty of choice.
Would use again when staying in Milton Keynes - central positioning makes it easy to access surrounding restaurants.

Attended a rugby match in Milton Keynes with my son so was looking for value. Ramada encore certainly gave that! Nice hotel, nice staff good atmosphere. Only downfall was the wooden floors throughout the room. Would love to meet the genius who thought it would be a good idea. You can hear People in the other rooms all around you! Other than that we had a great time in milton Keynes. Hotel is in a very good location with shops, bars and restaurants all just outside the front door.
