“Cheated out £40”

Staff & hotel were ok - however I have a major issue over the parking arrangements at this hotel - which has completely ruined my stay at this hotel - I will not use this premier inn again or recommend it to collegues despite its nice location . The " paid" parking is managed by a private company who are earger to slap a excess parking ticket on your car -even if you are just over your time . Taking a phone call from a business colleague whilst making making journeys to & from the car to load my vehicle cause me to exceed the parking time and I now have a £80 fine to pay!!1 ( reduced to £40 if I pay by Friday!!
Premier Inn should negotiate a 24hrs park pass for its residents even if it means paying a bit more for the room - I think alot residents have been caught out Premier Inn need to sort this out. It was a very cold night but I guess in the summer the general lake area could be quite nice -- but watch your parking times!!

Despite bad weather the team did all they could to give us a warm welcome only negative is the car park which you have to pay for even if you are just dropping off

“Family fun at the lakeside hotel”

Just back from a lovely stay at the premier inn on willen lake. The hotel staff were All very friendly and helpful- especially Natalia on reception who found us a map of lakeside walks, talked to the children and generally looked like she was enjoying her job! We will def stay again when you have a specula offer on as it's a great way to spend time as a family in a good location without breaking the bank. Thank you,

“Exellent service”

Very impressed with the exellent service that reception and reastraunt staff gave, even though when i stayed the bar and.reastraunt was closed for refurbishment the trainee receptionist was extremily helpfull in finding me somewere to eat she was very nice and very helpfull as were all the staff would highly recomend to others to stay.
