my partner and myself stay for the night for park and fly the hotel is clean . the staff are the best all round its a happy hotel
I stayed here for 3 nights and I found that you get more than your moneys worth. I was greeted by friendly staff that assisted me with my heavy bags and when I entered the room I was very pleased with the condition and the cleanliness of it. I purchased the breakfast that they provide for the next morning which was also nice. My room was cleaned everyday and I would definitely return and I would like to thank the staff for the excellent service :) . I would also like to comment on the location it was very convenient for me as it was literally just a few minutes walk from the train station and there are local shops and food places opposite which was also a bonus.
i stayed here for a few weeks, i found it pleasent along with the staff there,it was clean and tidy.very respectable and the food was awesome.the lough area was a good place to relax and use of my laptop.all the local shops were near by so you didnt have to go far.the rooms were cleaned everyday up to standards :D
i stayed in the grange hotel for 2 weeks where i done my course near the airport. i found staff freindly and helpful. the bedrooms were clean and tidy for me on my return evening meal was very nice and a good price and i got a discount for airline crew. i had very nice breakfast. and all the hotel staff are very helpful. the spanish lady on reception was very helpful with sending my fax and internet. charming staff i will return
I booked this hotel for two nights, as basically I was just looking a place to put my head down, and it was very cheap (£39 a night) and near Gatwick and train station for travel.
I arrived quite late, but was was greeted very warmly by a gentleman at reception. My booking was for 2 nights but the hotel had made an error and only had me down for 1, but this was quickly dealt with. The foyer is obviously getting revamped as painters/workmen were in and there were various covers etc lying around. On arriving at my room, the door was open?, but all was well within. It appeared to be a newly decorated room on the ground floor, pretty basic and with a number of snagging issues( none of the cupboards had doors, towel rail missing the rail, and the electrics ahd a mind of their own!). The bar seemed nice, cheap beer, but could not serve food late (but could still provide carry outs to the public??). On arrival back on day 2, the room door again had been left open by the cleaners! Bit of an issue but let it go. On the whole it was okay for what I paid, pretty basic, but done the job. Crawley itself on a Friday and Saturday evening resembled a drunken, loutish place (sorry Crawley people), as I quickly nipped out to the nearest takeaway and back again..not a place to go walking around at the evenings I think!
