Our family of four stayed here before our flight out of Gatwick. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast set us up for the long day ahead. Shuttle bus service worked well, and just a short journey to the airport. This is a perfect stop over for Gatwick.

We stayed here on our way to Cuba. Maybe it's normal practice but I was shocked that you had to pay for the "courtesy" shuttle to the terminal. That rankled my displaced Scottish blood and perhaps tinges my review. There was two groups checking in and it was a bit chaotic when we arrived. There is not much else to say. If I was forced to overnight at Gatwick again I would probably try another hotel. To be fair the rooms were quite good and the staff even under pressure were welcoming.

Very comfortable, lovely customer service and parking inclusive a realm plus. The best bit for me was the the lovely hot bath and big comfortable bed after a long day and long journey.
this hotel was a most welcome surprise.

I stay her regularly for overnight stays before flying. Its is a perfect place to relax and avoid the traumas of driving to Gatwick. For families it is ideal the very special setting makes it perfect for friends and families to meet up.
For some time I suffered a serious illness and the staff could not have been kinder or more supportive.
Its especially part of our long summer break that we factor in a stay at Gatwick South as part of our holiday.
