This was our first stay at Waterhall and we were very impressed with the standard of accommadation and value for money. Unfortunately they did not provide evening meals but their sister hotel Ifield Court was a few minutes drive away and provided good quality food.
The taxi pick up service was on time and efficient at a cost of £10 each ways. We would certainly use this hotel and parking service again.

Booked on line and stayed here before our flight from Gatwick. Hotel price included 2 weeks car parking and all for under £100, amazing value.
Breakfast was available at 0430 which again was surprising.
Would stay here again with no hesitation. Car was left in a safe car park in the grounds of the sister hotel just down the road, we had dinner there which eas excellent.

This is the thrid time we have stayed at the Waterhall and again another great stay. An excellent place to stop which gives a very high service and great value for money. Would and have recommended this as the place to start your holiday. Well done.

We stayed here for one night, previous to leaving for Gatwick airport next morning and also left the car parked for the duration of our holiday. The room was clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and a cooked breakfast was quickly produced for my husband so that we were in good time for the cab to the airport, booked by the hotel, arriving at 7.30 am. Our car was moved to the sister hotel a mile away as our return was after midnight and everything was arranged very smoothly for us. We would definitely stay here again as an airport parking option.
