I managed to stay at this hotel overnight, after a last minute cancellation. However, this hotel was fully booked weeks ahead of my trip.

I was in Wroughton for a week long training course. I do think that staying in the hotel without going out of the complex would have severely bored me, eating, sleeping and living in the same place.

During my 1 night stay, I could state that this is an excellent hotel with fantastic modern facilities. It felt cramped after my stay at another local hotel. However, there was a enough room for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and a side table with chair. The bed had clean sheets with a fluffy duvet. The common areas were always clean and there was also coffee points around the building.

Some minor observations:
- The room felt cold though.
- I'm not sure the cleaners check the recycling towel policy, as I had arrived with a dirty towel in my room, hanging for re-use. I don't think that's how the towel re-use policy works!

This is located in Wroughton, within a conference center. Their conference service was excellent, with meeting rooms cleaned and refreshed regularly.

We arrived with family for a two night break.We had no problem with our room but my brothers room had no hot water.This was reported to reception and for one night it was hot.The next morning when leaving it was cold again.

The first night I ordered a ham and tomatoe sandwich which came without tomatoe and the bread was stale.It was sent back..

We used the restaurant the second night and the food was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent.

On booking out we were told we had not paid for the meal in the restaurant.I explained that we paid with cash but we were not believed.It took a long time before they could find evidence that we had paid.The receptionist was not nice and I felt that they thought we were lying.!! Not a nice experience.

I will not be returning.

Booked this hotel last minute as a suprise to take my wife away for the weekend of our wedding anniversary.
The location is in the counrtyside just outside the village of Wroughton, we did get lost as our sat nav lost its GPS signal.
Check-in was very efficient & extremely polite with all aspects & facilities of the hotel explained to us.
Bedrooms were really nice & lookeda exactly as the hotels image gallery showed.R
Restaurant & Bars - as we were arriving late on Fri evening I contacted the hotel direct & asked if we could transfer our pre-booked evening meal for the Sat evening, which they said was ok straight away, no fuss or hassle.
We had a bar meal Fri - good menu selection & food delivered quickly, hot & tasted good.
Sat night we eat in the restaurant which only has a Set menu, no Al La Carte choice.
This was a little bit limited , but enough choices for us, although we did hear some people complain there wasn`t enough choice.
Bar service was differential, in that, not enough staff on as there was a wedding reception on sat night , so had to wait at bar with nobody around.
Used lesiure facilities & again really good & staff extremely helpful.
Overall this was a good trip & we would recommend it for a short break if you can get it at a reasonable price.

A modern hotel catering for conferences but giving good value at the weekends. It felt spacious, clean and modern.

The room was very good. It was very clean but that maybe because it is only a few years old. There was still gunk around the shower screen though. The room had all the amenities you'd expect of a business room. However, it was dark. Even with the blind open on a sunny day, and all the lights on it was dark. It is located on the edge of a modern housing estate in it's own grounds so it was very quiet (apart from the laundry delivery at 8am) and felt very safe.

Breakfast was good and customer service was excellent. On the other hand, the glasses were dirty and the cutlery hadn't been wiped.

We were with 2 couples that stayed the same night. One couple paid £57, one paid £66 and one paid £82 all for room and breakfast.

To summarize, an excellent hotel, keenly priced if you're careful how you book.
