Stayed for 2 nights . Could not ask for a better hotel . Rooms superb , very clean and spacious.

Staff excellent and nothing was too much bother.

Food excellent value for money . Would definately stay there again and would recommend to all my friends

I could not believe how good this hotel was considering it was meant to be a budget type hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who went out of their way to offer an excellent service. I can not speak highly enough about this hotel

My experience with the team and especially Jenny who was fantastic throughout my few weeks stay was very good.
I have stayed at plenty of hotels especially in the last two years, and I have had some real good service throughout. However, I feel that the team in Swindon and again I say Jenny really me and my colleagues feel really welcomed and gave us something to remember, and I would like to congratulate you all for a fantastic time we all had the last few weeks.

I have stayed here twice as a tour manager with 40+ guests. The rooms are superb for what we pay, the service and staff are spot on and the food is good but for two exceptions of a minor nature which could so easily be remedied:

1 Starters on the first night tends to be a pate which is very nice but it is served with bread which is laid out possibly up to an hour before dinner by which time the bread is dry!
2 The cooked breakfast menu is not very exciting with no bacon and a rather insipid scrambled egg.

But for these 2 issues, I cannot fault the hotel with the possible exception of the price of drinks which is high.

I enjoy staying here and look forward to returning.
