this was my first experience of a Holiday Inn Express, so was expecting a very basic Travel Inn type place, but I was wrong. The hotel appeared virtually new, very modern, lovely open bar area, very comfortable rooms, with not a hint of 'budget' about it. i would definitely look for another of these hotels if travelling in the UK again. Breakfast was even included, ok not fine dining, but with good selection of hot and cold buffet food, this was more than welcome, and surprisingly good.

Great hotel - comfortable rooms. very late arrival and early morning departure so no experience of the eating facilities. No complaints on the accommodation.

I cannot fault this hotel. Its convenient for the M4. The staff were really helpful.Breakfast was ample. Great for an overnight stop or longer. Internet is free in the downstairs "great room" but costs in the rooms

I have stayed at this hotel 3 nights a week for a number of weeks now and have always found the team to be very welcoming and friendly.
Nothing is ever too much trouble whether you are a regular resident or one of many that may have just got off the latest coach.
The housekeeping is excellent with high standards in the bedrooms, dining and bar area.
Free WiFi is great and Free parking is appreciated.
Excellent for M4 corridor and very central for travelling throughout the home counties.
Been a Priority Club member I could go to a Holiday Inn and get room upgrades and a free paper but the team here are what keep me coming back.
Like I said nothing is ever too much trouble and they clearly enjoy what they are doing as they have fun while getting the job done!
Definitely recommend to friends and family for business or personal stays.
