Handy for the city. Immaculately clean throughout, Large, comfortable room. Always a friendly welcome. Superb breakfasts. Need we say more? This was our second trip and we'll be back if Jennifer will have us.

Really can't fault it... lovely room, comfortable bed, very clean and tidy, charming hostess, fantastic breakfast, and in addition lots of little extras such as free maps of the area, cotton buds, tissues etc available in the room. Peaceful location within short walk of the town centre too. Would highly recommend.

Franklin View is a delightful guest house, where good service a pleasant attitude and attention to detail comes as standard. My wife and I had a most enjoyable stay at this fine establishment and were warmly welcomed by Jennifer the landlady

It would be remiss of me not to mention the good breakfast served, as it surely set us up for the day to enjoy the wonderful scenery which surrounds this picturesque spa town. In these days of hustle and bustle it is nice to know that such places as Franklin View exist.

Absolutely wonderful guest house in a fairly quiet location about 10mins walk from Harrogate centre.

Had very spacious double room which also had a single bed. Decor was lovely, and en-suite shower room was also a good size and immaculate. Loads of wardrobe/drawer space and plenty of accessories you'd expect to find in the best hotels (e.g. sewing kit; trouser press; plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits, fridge on the landing for residents to use, etc). Although no sachets of decaff coffee, Jennifer brought up a little pot with decaff coffee in it and a cafetiere so my wife could make her own when she wanted.

Breakfast was great both days, with good selection of cereals, yoghurts, fruit before a choice of cooked options,

2 parking spaces in front of the house and other spaces available on main road.

Jennifer made us feel at home all weekend and couldn't do enough for any of her guests. What with the quality and service here and the Turkish Baths experience, we couldn't have asked for a better weekend away.

Would definitely recommend Franklin View.
