This was our first journey to Yorkshire and Harrogate was the perfect base from which to explore the area. The April House was central to public transport as well as a quick walk into centre of town. This lovely Victorian guest house is on a leafy, green, quiet road with plenty of parking. The owners are friendly and accommodating. We could not have wished for more. Great room and wonderful breakfast to start the day . Will return.

great place to stay very friendly an excellent choice doubt if it can be beaten

We went up to harrogate on business and found the b&b great value for money, the bedrooms were more than comfortable, really nice welcome by the owner. He also recommended places to eat out. Had a really tasty breakfast with nice selection of cererals and fruit, fry up. was Really nice start to a long day of business. Its made me want to book into really nice b&b's now for business like Aprils House instead of over priced hotels.

Recently stayed with 4-ball at this B&B in Harrogate. First rate! Nice sized rooms, although en-suite these are a tad small. Excellently placed within a few minutes walk to all the pubs and restaurants of the town. Well within 30 minutes drive of super tracks of Moortown and The Aldwoodley.
