Stayed here for a few nights on the second floor. The check in was speedy and hotel receptionist answered my questions very well and he even gave me a map of the local area. My room and bathroom were both very clean and warm and the bed is very comfy. Yes there is some noise from local bars but this is mentioned on their website so as I already knew I was prepared with ear plugs but never had to use them as the noise from the bars soon stopped. Check out was fine and I was asked if I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to any one as its clean, friendly and right in the town centre. 10/10 Harrogate Travelodge!! Will be back again very soon.

Tired dirty old - but the best location in Harrogate

I have recently taken advantage of the £12 room offer and stayed here at least one night for the last 6 weeks. The location is town centre so amazing and yes whilst noisy, I have always found my room to be clean, warm has a very good working shower and bath. I have stayed on probably each floor now and never had a problem getting to sleep either at the front of the hotel or the back even in December at the height of the part season. £12 is cheaper than a taxi and petrol these days and if I had wanted could have had three people staying in it! This hotel amounts to amazing value for money, so please read the hotel location and write up before you travel and then complain, everything is clear on there it is town centre so therefore near bars. Please use this as the convenient, good location value for money hotel that it is.

The room cost £12 for one night on a deal, car parking was next door pay car park. Make sure you understand how to pay the parking fee. I'm not sure you can pay from (eg 4pm until 11am next morning) at 4pm in the afternoon. I got up at 8am to feed the meter just to be on the safe side. Yes it is noisy at weekends, take some earplugs if this bothers you, it's a town centre location near numerous bars / clubs.
Brilliant value.
