“Easy to recommend”

Having found Wynnstay House through TripAdvisor, we are very happy to have done so. In Harrogate for a family wedding my wife and I had booked 2 nights and were placed in the "Caerlaverock" room,which was very spacious and well-furnished.Tracey and Andy are a charming couple,full of energy and enthusiasm,and offer an excellent breakfast menu that is large and varied,catering to all tastes. The guest house is in a quiet residential location,just a 5 to 10 minutes' walk to the town centre. It is certainly easy to recommend and we look forward to staying there again.
Just a minute's walk away from Wynnstay House is the Middleham,a self-catering cottage owned by Tracey and Andy.As there was no room available for our daughter and her 2 children at Wynnstay House,she decided to book 2 nights there.They found it an excellent place to stay and could easily have stayed longer.This 2-bedroomed cottage is beautifully equipped and furnished and is an excellent alternative to staying in a hotel or guest house.

Its hard to believe that you are that good - but you are!!!!!!

You both deserve all the accolades that everyone has written about you & your lovely B&B, your friendliness and all the lovely touches that you provide are just part of your "normal".

The breakfast is just too fantastic!!

Parking excellent - just forget about the car and walk the 5 minutes into Harrogate & Enjoy
Would highly recommend

Just spent 2 nights at this super accomodation it is everything other reviewers say! I could not find a hint of a negative here just first class in every way.

“Feeling at home”

I have stayed now for a couple of times at Wynnstay House. I am a single traveller and Andy and Tracey make me feel very welcome. For example, you are not automatically given the smallest table in the corner like in so many restaurants or hotels. I really feel very much at home! Am really looking forward again to next year!

We have been staying at Wynnstay House for a number of years and Andy & Tracey always make us feel so welcome. Permit parking is available which is great. Comfortable clean rooms. Beautiful home cooked breakfast. Everything within walking distance. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend.
