What an experience to stay at Rudding Park - from being greeted at the door on arrival, to our luggage being taken to our car (and the offer of the car being brought to the door for us), our whole time there was amazing. We have often eaten lunches and dinners here and enjoyed Christmas celebrations, but an overnight stay is the icing on this exquisite cake.

I was there for a business event and stayed one night, The venue is stunning (looked amazing in the snow),the staff should be sent to train other hotel staff throughout the world in how to be pleasant and efficient. Nothing was overlooked and the hotel and meeting rooms were wonderful. If you just want to stay somewhere special then Rudding park won't disappoint. If you are looking for somewhere to hold a business meeting and the rooms are the right sizes for you then I believe you won't find a better venue (I speak with 30 years experience of working in and arranging events)
The food was fantastic (one of the best steaks I've had) and even the sandwich I had whilst working was special.I think that this indicates a chef that cares and loves food. I have never said it before but I couldn't fault anything-and I'm a fussy soul.

We booked here after staying many years ago and fancied returning to see if it was still a great hotel.
We had a warm welcome and the concierge was helpful and friendly.
We had a new room which was a good size and had a gorgeous bathroom, we had a lovely complimentary bottle of fizz waiting for us, nice touch.
We decided to go for a drink in the bar and were attended to by Akef. He was so enthusiastic and friendly it was great to see someone clearing enjoying his role.
We ate in the clock tower restaurant which we found to be excellent food and even better the service was so 5star. Our waitress went over and above to meet my needs in making sure my main course was something special as I couldn't decide between two dishes. I hadn't asked for her to ask the kitchen to create a special dish she just did and to which I was delighted. The food was cooked to perfection and attention to detail in every aspect was taken care of. After leaving the dining area again we were looked after by Akef who went above and beyond to look after us and treat us as individuals not just another guest. We slept really well in the gorgeous bed and was pleasantly suprised to hear no noise from other guests or children being allowed to run up and down corridors. We went for breakfast in the conservatory the following day and Again the food and service were excellent! We had a lovely walk in the snow around the grounds and were pleasantly relaxed at this gorgeous hotel. Another stay here? Most definatley we will be back.

We have just returned from Rudding Park spending two nights celebrating our wedding anniversary. From entering the hotel we were greeted by the excellent manager and staff and made to feel most welcome. We were very impressed by the ultra modern new wing with superb bathroom and large bedroom beautifully presented with white cotton sheets and a most comfortable bed. The food was delicious, the staff were attentive to every need, and we now know why this hotel gets fantastic reviews. One thing we loved was the lovely log fire in reception, which complimented well with the snow outside and the wonderful grounds.Thank you manager Toni and staff for making this a memorable occasion.
