Only stayed for one night here but wish it had been longer. These apartments are unbelievable and so much better than a hotel. The standard of the equipment and furniture was fantastic and so much more convenient than a hotel. The girl who dealt with our booking was extremely helpful ensuring that could spend our time there worry free. Parking was easy using the disc provided and will definitely be back. We'd booked 5 apartments and everyone was of the same opinion - amazing!

We decided to take a friend away for the weekend to celebrate her 70th birthday. My daughter recommended the Rasmus Apartments as she had stayed there twice before. There were 4 of us and we had a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor overlooking the park and near the Pump Room. The apartment was clean, warm and well equipped with very comfortable beds. The location is excellent and close to many lovely restaurants. We travelled by train so had no need of parking discs but these were on offer had we needed them. The check-in and key collection was easy and Jessica, the lady on Reception was really helpful. For us, it was so much nicer than staying in an hotel. Our friend had a wonderful birthday and we plan on going again.

We stayed here for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. Our flat was on the 1st floor and VERY noisy, both from the road and from the creaky floorboards from the flat above that meant we heard every step they made. All very disappointing as we had specifically asked for a quite room as the last time we stayed we were overlooking the pub's smoking area!
The inside of the flat is OK although nothing OTT and for the price they are charging we would not risk staying again and getting a noisy room. We have given feedback to Rasmus who seem to suggest this is the first ever complaint and hope we will stay again and they will make sure we get the top floor! It is a bit late now and rather condescending as we had requested a quite room in the first place. I would also be very surprised if we were the first ones ever to complain about the noise.
Disappointing as the position of the flats is great but they need to spend some money on the structure of the flats to bring the up to required noise standard rather than designer furniture

Our family of 2 children and 2 adults stayed here for 2 nights in September 2011. Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the top floor - no lift - but stairs were not too much of a problem. Was very quiet and in great location opposite park. Parking can be tricky but we had no hassles. Check in and key collecton was easy and efficent. Apartment - washer, stove, microwave, fan - very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.
