Generally clean but the excessive amounts of limescale on the shower head (inches thick) were offputting. I think it's basically a case that it needs a complete renovation as everything is generally old, tired and stuck somewhere in the 1980s
Service on reception was goodbitty in the bar was poor. I don't really like having to wait to be served whilst bar staff are having a chat.
Food however was really good in the evening (excellent lamb shank) and breakfast wasn't too bad.
The bedroom was heated to sauna levels and needed a thorough airing before it was habitable. Overall ok but given it's part of a major brand, Ramada needs to put its hands in its pockets and do a refurb

Had a few days at this hotel running a conference - service was great, food was great and all in all a very god experience. Will certainly use them again.

Great place to stay over it was Clean, staff very riendly, beautiful views, good spacious room & good food.
Very comfy bed too.
They are sprucing the place atm and good for them keep it up.

Look forward to returning :)

Was greeted in a friendly way, Room was spacious, warm and comfortable.
Bar staff was friendly.
Price was reasonable.
Location was good, easy to find.
I will stay here again for short stays to Peterborough.
