I've stayed in the Park Inn several times on business trips and find it ok for the price. Bedrooms are comfy with lovely beds and nice showers. There is no iron & ironing board, didn't bother me but some of my male colleagues turned up to meetings with wrinkly shirts!! The air conditioning is terrible in some rooms. it seems to be pot luck as some nights I've had a great sleep and other nights the AC just rattles all night. it doesn't matter if it's on or off, it rattles just the same! I'm not a light sleeper but when it started up I woke up immediately.

The bar is nice with friendly staff. I haven't eaten there for dinner but breakfast is nice, has a good range of products and friendly staff. Reception staff are most unfriendly, bordering on rude. would a smile or some eye contact kill them?? there is one girl in particular who is very rude and almost hostile. I've met another young guy who was quite ok but a bit flustered. I think he was afraid of his grumpy colleague. send her on a customer service course or put her working somewhere else as she's not suitable for front of house.

The hotel is very well appointed. I've stayed in several other hotels in Peterborough including the Mariott and the Holiday Inn West. The Park Inn is of a similar standard to these other hotels but edges ahead based on the location. I can walk to my meeting in central Peterborough within 10 minutes, and don't have to get a taxi. Also there are some restaurants and pubs close by. I would recommend the beehive, right across the road.

all in all a pretty nice hotel for the price but beware of the noisy AC!

this is a good value hotel centrally located. It is close to the railways station and within walking distance. Plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby.

Rooms are standard for this type of hotel, very clean but compact. The restaurant is very well presented and hotel also has a very good looking bar scene. Plenty of drinking places nearby

This is a clean but basic hotel. I was lucky to be upgraded to their suite which was great. It's convenient for getting about Peterborough and the staff are friendly. Wouldn't want to stay more than a night though. One thing..... the bathrooms are cold !

checked in on the off chance of getting a room as me and my other half where shopping in peterborough and decided to stay over and have a few drinks and a meal. rooms where as you would expect from radisson, very clean and stylish. staff are really accomodating and good local knowledge.
