just back from 3 weeks in sunny oz , after our fabulous wedding at stanville lodge.Martina & Annmarie were so helpful and friendly.Professionalism personified!! Room was Beautiful, Food just fantastic , only problem was the rain! Cant recommend it enough.

This is a lovely hotel, well decorated and clean. It was my first time staying there and I was attending a wedding with friends. The rooms were clean and well laid out. The food was very tasty and I will be back to have Sunday lunch at some stage as I have been told that it is great value for money. I had a great nights sleep as there were no disturbances or noises. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully done with lovely features. I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel.

I stayed here a few years ago when the Hotel first opened and I have to say it was not a great experience, so much so I vowed to myself not to darken the front door of this hotel again.

However many years have passed & I was a guest at a wedding reception recently & as the saying goes time is a great healer well what an understatement for the Stanville team, the Meal service staff where excellent!

The owners must have realised how poor the food and service was back in the early days of this Hotel because they have turned this place right around..

There is definitely a Head Chef with culinary expertise at work here as after the scumptuous meal at the wedding we (my partner & I )decided to stay on for a night & we where not disappointed from the great choice of seafood to the daily black board specials this place is a must for lovers of fresh local food.I really hope to be back soon & that the Chef is still here creating dishes that have real flavour at a price thats so affordable.(seafood chowder a must!!)

the room we stayed is was comfortable & clean with all the mod cons you would expect of a high quality 3 star.
