Nice bar area serving non fussy but good quality food. Hotel staff very friendly.
Rooms, well my room anyway, didnt check them all :-), was of a good size and free wifi signal was good.
A bit too far if you are looking to walk into Waterford but just a few minutes in a car.
Will definitely be staying there again.

Rooms and hotel overall were in pristine condition. Facilities were good. Staff were 100% on the ball. The location is bit out from city centre but not ridiculously so. At 35 euro for a room this represented exceptional value. Any negatives? well one of the lads was annoyed that they wouldn't put a round of drinks on the room. Mind you this was 4 am and they were still serving so we're clutching at straws really. Would happily stay there again

We spent a long weekend here, touring around. Big airy room, clean and well up together.
Breakfast good, bar food excellent, receptionist extremely helpful. Bit out of town, so you need a car, plenty of parking. All in all good value.

We were at a conference in the hotel and stayed there for 2 nights.

Good points are that the breakfast was good, free newspaper in the morning, the room was clean and large with lots of plugs to charge phones, computer and technology. Free wifi is good too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Forgot my razor and they had spares for twits like me who forget stuff.

The decor is a bit minimalist and first impressions were no so good. The hotel grew on us over the week end.

The real disadvantage was the location 4k out of town. taxi cost €10 into the city and €12 from the rank out to the hotel. This makes the accommodation a bit dear. Also the hotel is surrounded by car dealers and is just not good to have a pleasant walk.

The distance from the city is the big downside for this utilitarian hotel. Its not dear and we thought we got good value for our money.
